8. Third-Party AI Tools; Disclaimer of Liability
Some features or components of our services may rely on, integrate with, or be delivered through third-party platforms, models, APIs, or cloud services (for example, Microsoft, OpenAI, and similar providers) ("Third-Party AI Tools"). Third-Party AI Tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, biased, or otherwise unreliable outputs, and their performance may change over time. While TeraCloud implements security controls and maintains human-in-the-loop review as described in this Disclosure, TeraCloud does not control the internal operation of Third-Party AI Tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeraCloud disclaims liability for failures, unavailability, security vulnerabilities originating from, or errors/omissions in outputs of Third-Party AI Tools, including any downstream impact caused by reliance on such outputs. Any warranties, service levels, or commitments related to Third-Party AI Tools are provided (if at all) solely by the applicable third-party provider under its separate terms.
